Guilt Free Chocolate Recipe, No Sugar, Raw, Healthy Chocolate
Use this recipe to dip fruit in, layer as a frosting, or even just eat it as a mousse. Amazing!
Soak 5 pitted dates and 3/4 cups of raw cashews for 1 hour, then strain.
Place the strained cashews and dates in your Vitamix.
Add 1/2 cup of almond milk, 1tsp of vanilla extract, and mix. Lastly, add 1/4 cup of raw cacao and serve. Store in the fridge. Raw cacao contains so many antioxidants that you shouldn't miss out on this yummy treat!

I cannot describe the incredibly beautiful Kiawah Ocean Course. The 50 minute drive from downtown Charleston, SC was worth it to enjoy a calm, breathtaking lunch on the veranda at The Atlantic Room. A "must see" for anyone traveling to Charleston!
