Stars Brunch

How about another option to add to your growing list of great Sunday brunches in Charleston?

Try Stars...

Okay, you've caught me.  I have been holding out on this blog post.  I know you can tell these pictures were taken during the holiday season.  (see the tree in the background) I have been slacking in posting for sure.

Would you like a Bloody Mary before you start a tour of the buffet?  Stars lets you "build your own."

Look at these other fun drinks...

My first bite?  Pecan praline french toast, yum!

Mark made his own omelet...

Honey and sea salt biscuits...

A Southern brunch would never be complete without shrimp and grits...

Fried chicken, eggs benedict...

Have I tempted you yet?  Oh look!  There are desserts galore too!

Smores in a spoon, citrus panna cotta, banana pudding, and carmel apple bread pudding to name a few.  Which did I try?

All of them!

Yup, I tried all of the desserts...

I am loving my infinity scarf, here is one like it from J.Crew.

We spent the rest of the day riding around town on our golf cart with full bellies.

Don't forget to check out the Battery when you visit Charleston.

STOP!  Look at the beauty around you.  You are in Charleston!

Monza

Have you ever been to Monza on upper King Street?  Interested in a brick oven pizza, some delicious pasta, and a quaint space?  Try Monza.  You can smell their delicious brick oven pizza as you walk up King Street.

Hello!!!

Materassi pizza and chicken salad...

It's too bad it was a cool day, otherwise I love sitting out in their patio space.

Mark enjoyed his side of butter beans while I gave this biscotti a couple of dunks in my latte.

You'll love Monza!
