Pane E Vino and Proof

Pane E Vino is a hidden gem around the corner from Upper King Street.  You must have heard about the restaurant or run into it by accident because of it's location.  At night the courtyard is beautifully lit by white string lights and candlelight.

Cheers!

B..B...B....Burrata!   Oh, this was so delicious!  Burrata is a "cheese ball" of mozzarella filled with cream.  Pane E Vino dressed this "cheese ball" with arugula and a balsamic glaze.  I couldn't put my fork down.

  Gone!

In cooler weather the patio is tented with heating lamps.

COTOLETTA  ALLA MILANESE
Free range chicken breast, pounded and breaded, crispy cooked and served with garlic mashed potatoes

RAVIOLI ALLA CASALINGA
Homemade Spinach/Ricotta ravioli, served in a light smoked prosciutto "Speck" and asparagus cream sauce

Oh Limoncello!

After Pane E Vino we headed to a wine bar around the coroner, Proof, for an after dinner drink.  Check  Proof out here.
